Jennifer Johnston ~ Founder

“For me, it’s a passion~ to be immersed in the bridal world from every angle.”

I began my bridal career managing The Vera Wang Bridal Boutique at Saks Jandel, in Washington, DC. The early days of Vera when she was just becoming a force in the bridal industry. I fell in love with bridal, and eventually shifted my focus to wholesale with the opportunity to share my expertise with store owners worldwide.

As an Executive Sales Manager and Founder of Launch Bridal Group, I bring my decades of experience to stores, guiding store owners and buyers on brands that represent quality and luxury that increase sales. I’ve been fortunate to work with Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, Reem Acra, Naeem Khan, J. Mendel, Peter Langner and many others.

In 2023 I joined the partnership forming Union Square Couture Bridal Market, changing the way designers present their collections and offering buyers the rare private appointment style market experience in a luxury group setting.

2025 brought about the release of the first App for Bridal that truly supports retailers ~ BRIDEGRAPH. This transformative Sales Tool has been called nothing short of Game-Changing by luxury retailers across the US. With Anne Barge as the premier designer using cutting edge technology to increase customer engagement and provide store owners with a support system designed to respond immediately to client needs.

I’m excited for the future of Bridal in the US, knowing full well we can make the industry more client-friendly, transparent and successful for everyone.

My passion for bridal fashion ignited when I had the opportunity to launch a couture Israeli bridal brand right in the heart of London. It was truly a dream job for me, and I have been immersed in the bridal industry ever since.

At the outset of my journey, I had the privilege of working closely with numerous brides each day in the vibrant and fast-paced environment of London. Crafting bespoke options and ensuring each bride felt cherished on her special day is an experience I will always treasure.

After spending several years in retail, transitioning to the wholesale side of the bridal industry felt like a natural progression.

I believe that relationships are the cornerstone of what truly matters. Once you cultivate that connection, you naturally develop a sense of utmost importance toward your retailers. They become like family.
